OCS WRESTLING  – 2008-09

WHO – 9-12^th  grade & open to all athletes

 WHEN – Starts Mon. Nov. 17^th & we’ll  practice about 3-5:15pm on weekdays & tournaments will be on some weekends & duals on Tues. & Thurs. from Dec.- Mid-Feb.

 COST - $265(?)which covers all needed items.

 DUALS & TOURNAMENTS – We’ll compete all over MO & KS.  We’ll generally compete in duals on Tues. & Thurs. nights.

 BENEFIT – Wrestling will be a huge benefit to our football program! Our focus will be to get bigger, faster & stronger!!  We won’t cut a lot of weight like so many others, we’ll do tackling drills every day, which will help in defensive football. The workouts we’ll put you through will help you in your daily lives & as you go through adversity in life you’ll be able to draw from some of things you’ll learn in our wrestling program

 TEAM VERSE – Judges 7 as it talks about 300 men of valor with Gideon.  We’ll do ministry during the year so we need your ideas & prayers.
